SHIPPING & RETURNS

We hope you love your Little Yellow Bird Uniforms, but if something isn't right you have 30 days to return your products from the date your order arrived to receive a full refund.

We will give you a full refund on your items by the same payment method as your original purchase was made. We always process returns as quickly as possible – please allow 5 days for this. Please note refunds may take up to 10 business days to process depending on your card issuer.

We will happily return items, provided they meet our terms and conditions as outlined below. We request that returned items are packaged neatly, as excessively crushed products may incur a re-packaging fee.

 

Please note, we do not accept returns on customised uniforms with personalised embroidery or screen-printing, and no change-of-mind returns are accepted on sale or run-out items – except as required by law, all purchases are final.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURN
• Good(s) must be returned within 14 days of receipt
• Goods must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
• Please retain proof of postage (receipt) until refund is processed

We recommend purchasing tracking – so you know it made it back to us.

Return postage cost will be at your expense, unless items received are faulty or not as ordered. If you believe your item is faulty, please contact info@littleyellowbird.co.nz or give us a call on +64220971745 prior to returning to us. We cannot accept liability until items are received and have been confirmed as faulty.

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped with Courier Post and are fully traceable on their website. You can contact your local Courier Post branch if you have any questions regarding your shipment.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
We aim to process your order within standard working hours. Once dispatched you will receive email confirmation which will include tracking details. During sale and holiday periods, processing of orders may be subject to delay and we ask you to allow a minimum of 2 working days for your order to be dispatched. Delivery timeframes are estimates and do not take into account processing times, or transit delays. Please note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times.

MISSING PARCELS
It is important you fill in your shipping address correctly when ordering. Little Yellow Bird cannot accept responsibility for missing parcels due to an address being entered incorrectly. We recommend that you provide a secure daytime delivery address, such as a workplace, for your order as a signature is required upon delivery. Please let us know if your order does not arrive within the expected delivery time frame so that we can lodge a query with the relevant shipping provider.
